Lost Crypto Key is a small, U.S.-based practice built around a circle of specialists with deep backgrounds in applied cryptography and secure systems. We’re deliberately low-profile — the work is confidential by nature, and the people who are genuinely good at it rarely advertise. What we can tell you is exactly how we work, and what we will and won’t take on.
No fee unless we recover it
Our fee is 10% of what we recover, and only if we succeed. If we can’t open the wallet, you owe nothing. There is no upfront charge, ever.
You keep custody
Work is performed under a mutual NDA and you retain control of your funds the entire time. We never take custody of your crypto.
We never ask for your secrets
We will not ask for your seed phrase, private key, or wallet password to start — and no legitimate recovery service will. The intake asks only for your story.

We turn down the cases we can’t honestly help.
Most people who land here don’t need to hire anyone — if you have your full seed phrase, you can almost certainly restore your own wallet, and we’ll tell you so for free. And if your funds were sent to a scammer or stolen, we’ll be straight with you: once crypto leaves your wallet it’s gone absent law enforcement, and anyone promising to trace and return it for an upfront fee is running a second scam on the same victim. We don’t take those cases, and we won’t charge you to tell you that.
Why we stay low-profile: recovery is a trust business in an industry full of scams. We’d rather be judged by how we handle your case — a real person on the phone, honest odds up front, and no payment until your funds are back in your control — than by a wall of stock photos and invented credentials. If we take your case, you’ll know exactly who you’re working with, under a mutual NDA.

- Do you need my seed phrase or private key to start?

- What does recovery cost?
- Nothing upfront. Our fee is 10% of the recovered amount, and only if recovery succeeds. If we cannot open the wallet, you owe nothing.
- Do you take custody of my crypto?
- No. You keep the keys. Work is performed under a mutual NDA and you retain control of your funds throughout.
- What kinds of wallets can you recover?
- Hardware wallets (Ledger, Trezor, KeepKey), browser and software wallets (MetaMask, Electrum, Exodus, Atomic), legacy Bitcoin wallet.dat files, Ethereum presale and keystore files, and long-retired wallets such as MultiBit, Jaxx Liberty and Counterwallet.
