We're a small family-run practice — not a call center, not a platform. When you reach out, the same person reads your note, picks up the phone, and stays with your case until your wallet is back in your hands. We take on a handful of clients at a time, on purpose, so every case gets the patience it deserves.
01 — The situation
A seed phrase written down years ago with one transcription error. A passphrase that almost works. An old wallet file on a drive you can't quite remember the password for. These aren't dead ends — they're puzzles with a structure.
We take the time most operators won't. We get on the phone, we ask the awkward questions about where you really kept the backup, and we work the case until it gives. The overwhelming majority of these situations are recoverable when someone actually shows up for them.
02 — What we help with
If your situation doesn't fit neatly into one of these, it almost certainly still fits how we work. Call us anyway — we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
Missing words, wrong order, suspected typos in a BIP39 phrase, or partial backups split across notes and devices.
Forgotten passwords for Bitcoin Core, Electrum, MetaMask vaults, Exodus, Trust Wallet, and other encrypted wallet files.
Corrupted JSON keystores, damaged paper wallets, malformed WIF keys, and partial private key fragments.
Lost PINs with a known seed, suspected firmware issues, and PIN/passphrase combinations on Ledger and Trezor devices.
03 — How we work with you
You send the form below or call us. Within 24 hours, one of us reads it personally and reaches out — usually by phone. We talk through what happened. No wallet details requested at this stage, just the story.
We sign a mutual NDA and our specialist takes a careful look: what wallet, what was stored where, what's been tried. You get a straight answer about whether we can help, and a written engagement with the fee spelled out before anything starts.
Recovery is done in isolated, audited environments. You stay in the loop — we'll text or call with updates the way you'd want from a good lawyer or doctor. Your credentials never leave your control. We never custody funds.
When the recovery works, you move the funds to a new wallet you control and verify everything yourself. Only then is the success fee paid. If we don't get it back, you owe nothing — and we still pick up the phone the next time you call.
05 — Pricing
No retainer. No deposit. No "assessment fee." We've helped people recover everything from a forgotten $4,000 stash to wallets worth seven figures — and the deal is the same: you never send us a dollar before your funds are back in your hands.
Standard success fee
10%
of the recovered value, paid only after you have verified access and moved the funds to a new wallet you control. This is the rate for the overwhelming majority of cases.
When the rate may be higher
A small number of cases require significant additional compute time, specialized hardware, or weeks of focused work. In those situations the fee may exceed 10% — but the exact number is agreed in writing with you before any work starts. No surprises. If we don't recover anything, you owe nothing.
06 — Why us
The crypto recovery space is full of offshore call centers and outright thieves looking to take a second bite out of people who've already lost something. We're the opposite of that — a small U.S.-based practice with real names, real phones, and reputations we aren't willing to burn.
When you send your intake, the same person who runs this business reads it and calls you back. Not a bot, not a script, not an account manager handing you off. We sit on the phone, learn your situation, and build an actual relationship before any recovery work is even on the table. Your win is our win — it has to be, because it's the only way we get paid.
We take a handful of cases at a time, on purpose. We'd rather know our clients by name than churn through them. We will never ask for money up front, never ask for your seed phrase in a web form, and never custody your funds. If someone claiming to be us does, it isn't us.
A small American practice. Real names. Real accountability.
A person calls you back — usually the same day — not a chatbot.
We only get paid when you do. Same goal, every step.
07 — In their words
We don't publish names or amounts without written permission, and most clients prefer to stay anonymous. These are real outcomes, paraphrased with consent.
"I had a wallet.dat from 2014 and a password I half-remembered. They walked me through everything on a real phone call, no pressure, and a week later I had my BTC back. I never sent them a single private key."
"Two words of my Trezor seed were smudged from a flood. I'd been quoted thousands up front by another 'service' that wouldn't even get on the phone. These guys took the case on contingency and recovered the wallet in three days."
"I forgot the 25th-word passphrase on my Ledger. They asked smart questions, set realistic expectations, and stayed in touch every step. Felt like working with a friend who happens to be an expert — not a call center."
08 — Press & verification
We're a small U.S. team — we'd rather earn a mention than buy one. When journalists, podcasters, or wallet projects cite our work, we list them here with a link so you can check for yourself.
In the meantime: our domain is registered to a U.S. entity, every intake is reviewed by a real person who calls you back from a U.S. number, our terms are in writing, and we never take custody of your keys. If you'd like to verify us before starting a case, ask on the call — we expect the question.
06 — How we hold ourselves
Recovered keys are in your hands the second they exist. You move funds to a new wallet you control — we never touch them.
Mutual NDA before anything sensitive is discussed. Your name, your situation, and the specialist's identity stay between us.
Nothing up front. A success fee — typically 10% — only after your wallet is back and you've verified it. If it doesn't work, you owe nothing.

Plain-English write-ups on what's actually recoverable for the wallets people most often lose access to — written by the same U.S.-based engineers who work your case. Start with your wallet below, or browse the full library.

07 — Questions
By policy, the specialist's identity is not disclosed publicly. Once your intake is reviewed and an NDA is in place, you are introduced directly and may verify credentials before any work begins.
No. Initial intake is about understanding the situation. Anything sensitive is handled only after an NDA and an agreed engagement, through channels you approve.
Zero dollars up front. Ever. We work on a pure success fee — for the overwhelming majority of cases, the fee is 10% of the recovered value. On rare cases that require unusual compute time or extraordinary cost, the rate may be higher, but it is always agreed in writing before any work begins. If nothing is recovered, you owe nothing.
If a seed phrase or key truly never existed, no one can recover the wallet — including us. Most other situations, even ones that feel hopeless, are worth assessing.
Intake response is within 24 hours. Assessment usually takes a few days. Recovery itself ranges from hours to several weeks depending on the entropy involved.
08 — Get in touch
Just the basics — your name, the best way to reach you, and a few sentences about the situation. Please don't include seed phrases, private keys, or passwords here. Anything sensitive comes later, on a call, on your terms.
A person reads every intake — usually within a few hours.
Mutual NDA before any sensitive detail is shared.
No fee unless your wallet is back and you've verified it.
